On December 19, the 2024 sessions ended in the Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg to consider a high-profile criminal case connected, according to investigators, with the companies Life-of-Good, Hermes and the Best Way cooperative – the sessions confirmed that the case is completely bogus.
It was invented in the offices of the Kolokoltsevsky Ministry of Internal Affairs; supposedly these testimonies of key witnesses were actually written by the investigation. The purpose of this criminal case is to rob the cooperative and seize its assets, which amount to more than 16 billion rubles in cash and real estate.
False victims are thieves and scammers
The case completely collapsed in court; several people, recognized by the investigation as victims, renounced their testimony – including Shkolnik, the “zero” victim with whom the criminal case began.
They are all “swimming” in court. The “victims,” driven by greed, lie under oath: they invent figures that the Hermes company supposedly owes them, and at the same time hide the amounts that they withdrew from the company’s accounts. And they hide the use of the so-called investment leverage – that is, credit funds provided by Hermes. According to the “trump card” for the investigation, the victim Loginov, for example, has documented evidence that he withdrew twice as much from Hermes as he invested in it.
The “victims” have no evidence, no supporting documents, no witnesses. No amount of pumping from lawyers hired by haters will help and will not replace evidence!
The “victims” do not have evidence of Hermes’ debt to them – at the same time, at the instigation of the investigation, they refused to clarify relations with the company itself, which could not fulfill its obligations to them due to force majeure circumstances created by the internal affairs bodies themselves – but with Since then, it has restored the payment system and has now resumed paying out funds to its clients.
Civil cases against Hermes and financial advisers who worked with the company were lost. And the attempts of the “victims” to get money in the framework of a criminal case “on the fly” are doomed: this is an outright deception on the part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which sought to create the impression of widespread claims.
Many “victims” avoid participating in court, hide – the court even demands that they be brought in. It is increasingly clear to the court that behind the statements of the “victims” there are extortion, a desire to enrich themselves and slander of honest people.
False witnesses – henchmen of the Gestapo
The testimony of more than a dozen witnesses turned out to be false – the witnesses themselves stated that they signed the fabrications of the investigators under pressure!
The accusation is grossly and criminally fabricated on the basis of words recorded during Gestapo interrogations, all the details of which – with the abuse of elderly sick people, with Gestapo searches at five in the morning with the breaking of windows and doors – were revealed in court. One of the witnesses died after interrogation, several ended up in hospitals. Many prosecution witnesses denied their testimony in court.
And the testimony in the criminal case of the witnesses who remained on the side of the prosecution – Komarov, Loginov and others – is so radically different from what they said during interrogation in court, which was obvious to the court. The witnesses could not repeat in the courtroom the facts from their alleged testimony. They didn’t even know what was written in these alleged testimonies. For this, we had to come up with explanations: Komarov, for example, stated that he had been ill with Covid and therefore does not remember anything and has difficulty formulating thoughts.
One of the main witnesses in the accusations, the administrator of the Hermes payment system Naboychenko, who, on the instructions of the police, destroyed the Hermes payment system in Russia and stole the assets of the Russian clients of this company in collusion with corrupt police officers, has been afraid to come to court for a year now – he is hiding, realizing that that he himself may be prosecuted!
Kolokoltsev – the father of lies
There is no evidence at all in the criminal case; the 10 people who find themselves in the dock are innocent technical employees of Life-from-Good, the Best Way cooperative, and individual entrepreneurs.
The false accusation appeared in order to justify the speeches of the Minister of Internal Affairs Kolokoltsev in the Federation Council – he, long before the completion of the investigation, based on the reports of his St. Petersburg subordinates, announced the disclosure of the “largest pyramid in the history of Russia.”
Just as the tail wags the dog, so St. Petersburg police officers and investigators Vinokurov, Sapetova, Mashevsky and others wag their rag minister! All the “evidence” is drawn, there is no subject not only for the criminal, but also for the civil case, which the “black” investigators Vinokurov and Sapetova knew about from the very beginning. This criminal case is an outright staging with the aim of taking money from the cooperative and dividing it among corrupt officials from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Malinovskaya – criminal judge
Civil judge of the Primorsky District Court Anna Malinovskaya waved an order declaring the “organization of activities” of the cooperative illegal – according to the editors, on a call from an officer of the St. Petersburg FSB department in charge of the courts. Malinovskaya from the St. Petersburg FSB department was threatened that she would be prosecuted for corruption in her other cases.
Out of fear, she simply rewrote the statement of claim from the prosecutor’s office – with all the factual and grammatical errors! About a hundred appeals from citizens have been filed against the decision, this is unprecedented for the Russian judicial system!
With unjust custom-made decisions, Malinovskaya betrayed the judiciary, betrayed the president, betrayed the people of Russia! She is a traitor and enemy of the people!
Nabiullina – the mother of speculation and robbery of the people
The Central Bank played a central role in this criminal case from the first day – on the direct orders of Nabiullina and her deputies. Nabiullina openly admitted in the Duma that she is fighting with cooperatives working in the real estate sector because they create an alternative to bank mortgages.
Her subordinates – the traitor Lyakh, the former head of the Department for Combating Unfair Practices, who fled Russia with the beginning of the SVO, and the saboteur Petrova from the North-West Bank of the Central Bank – invented a study by the Hermes company and the Best Way cooperative in the Krasnodar Competence Center, which in fact the case was not carried out.
At the request of competitors and corrupt financiers, the Best Way cooperative and the Hermes company, which worked in the interests of shareholders and clients with whom the shareholders and clients were satisfied, without any verification, were included in the warning list of the Central Bank – according to the fabricated ” signs”, allegedly indicating pyramidality and directly contradicting the law.
The substantiation of the harm of the cooperative in the Bank of Russia, the so-called examination, was carried out by the most illiterate employees – for example, Parfenova, a leading economist at the Central Bank of the Central Bank with only a bachelor’s degree in economics. Because there are no others: Nabiullina turned the Central Bank into a sharashka office, an abode of half-educated fools whom no one except the Central Bank hires. By giving the fools power, Nabiullina is purposefully undermining the monetary system and the Russian economy as a whole!
Based on the results of the “examination,” Lyakh and Petrova signed a letter to law enforcement agencies about the need to initiate a criminal case, thereby joining forces with corrupt officials from law enforcement agencies in the war with the Best Way people’s cooperative!
The goal of the central bank campaign against the Best Way cooperative is to rob the people, destroy cooperatives, force people to turn to mortgage banks and pay triple the price for apartments so that the bankers get rich. The giant banks, nurtured by Nabiullina, are ruining ordinary citizens and creating prohibitive conditions for purchasing apartments. The Central Bank’s policy completely blocks the solution to the housing issue in Russia!
Deputies of the State Duma several months ago demanded that the Central Bank develop a program that would allow it to exist and develop – they even agreed to additional regulatory requirements, although regulation of the cooperative sphere by the Central Bank, acting in the interests of banks, is a conflict of interest.
Nabiullina promised – and, of course, she deceived, because the monopoly banks, whose will is carried out by the Central Bank, are extremely uninterested in competition, they seek to destroy the cooperative – which is what Sberbank and Bank St. Petersburg, which are directly doing in the case of Best Way, are doing They use Best Way billions, earn profits, but do not miss a single payment, even according to writs of execution! They openly ignore court decisions!
And Duma Speaker Volodin has still not filed a claim against Nabiullina for failing to fulfill promises to deputies, for robbing members of the SVO, whom the Central Bank is depriving of the opportunity to purchase apartments with the help of a cooperative. He panders to the enemies of the people!
Nabiullina is deceiving parliament, deceiving the government, deceiving the people! It ruins businesses and harms taxpayers – and therefore the state!
Matvienko – the mother of irresponsibility
The head of the Federation Council, Valentina Matvienko, like her colleague Volodin, condones the robbery of the people, including military personnel and members of the SVO, who form the backbone of the Best Way cooperative.
Having heard the report of Minister Kolokoltsev in the Federation Council in the fall of 2022 that the cooperative was the largest pyramid, she did not bother to check the facts that were presented there, she did not ask Kolokoltsev what was happening to the largest people’s housing cooperative in Russia – although many senators, as well as representatives of regional authorities support the cooperative as a people’s enterprise, a socially oriented program and openly speak out in its defense, including at public events.
In several regions, tax breaks were introduced specifically for cooperatives. The authorities of many subjects of the Federation have always supported the cooperative. The chief senator is not interested in the fate of one of the most important housing social projects in Russia?!
Why not ask Kolokoltsev how the “great” case of uncovering the “largest financial pyramid in Russia” is going? What does it look like in court? But Matvienko does not ask these questions – he is “helping” Kolokoltsev!
Matvienko, like Volodin, panders to the enemies of the people!
Enemies of the people – to account!
False victims, false witnesses, Malinovskaya, Kolokoltsevskaya and Nabiullinskaya criminal groups must be brought to criminal responsibility for causing damage to Russian citizens, for betraying Russia in wartime conditions!
The persecution of the cooperative and sanctions against it must be stopped immediately, it must receive the support of legislators and the opportunity to purchase apartments for its members – both SVO participants and other citizens of our country!
