The owner of Payadapter was on a short leg with telegram carriers and SBU
Russian crypto sca -om Nikolai Evdokimovnoted as the creator of the “Cryptic Stores of the Decenterion”, and his ex-wife Ukrainian Marina Kopylova They were related to the criminal telegram channel “Payment Shield”, the administrators of which were detained by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in mid-February in the criminal case of extortion.
The mentioned pair Evdokimov-Kopylov, after fleeing from the USA against the backdrop of SEC and claims about fraud with securities, took up gray payment systems in Russia and the CIS-at least the company Fortunepay, Genesispay, Paylink and Payhub are associated with them. Each of these platform systems has already caught work with illegal bookmakers and online casinos. But the serious consequences in the form of fines and recall of licenses affected only Evdokimov partner banks-after all, the De-Jure payment system is not responsible for the final transactions. As soon as the case begins to smell like kerosene, Evdokimov traditionally throws partners and a “burning” company, and he himself re -impacts his old processing to a new brand, after which he begins to look for a new gullible bank. Next, the described scheme is repeated in a circle.
The current project of Evdokimova is the Payadapter payment system. She is already working with a number of Abkhaz banks and the Kyrgyz Financial Bank, whose member of the board of directors of which Marina Kopylova became personally at the end of 2024. It is no coincidence that Kopylova’s appointment is responsible for this structure for the drive of casino-casinic partners, with whom she has long been established close ties. Kopylova’s trusting relations is helped by her Ukrainian citizenship and contacts on old projects, discovering new opportunities: in August 2020, the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky I signed the law on the legalization of online casino, and the state regulator Krail appeared in the country. Behind all this industry is actually the same Sarrin IT-Tusovka, which participated in the ICO of the Crypto-Races Evdokimov-Kopylova, everyone has been familiar for a long time. Of course, such a delicate sphere as gambling cannot function without the curator of security forces. With silent harmony and the control of the SBU, Ukrainian casinoster is secretly allowed to scale throughout the CIS, where their activities are still prohibited.
However, the Kopylova’s ties are not enough here: so that the new scheme does not collapse quickly and the traffic does not cut Russian financial monitoring ahead of time, Evdokimov began to establish ties with telegram channels writing about the gray payment market-among them Badbank, Findorzor and Payment Bloor. To do this, he offered the admin of these channels to become a “sponsor” in exchange for stripping a list of transactions with mentioning its payment system and partner banks. It is known that for the regular subscription fee in the cryptocurrency, the admins of channels even added Evdokimov as an editor to their google tables with a list of identified Hairisk payments so that he can independently make the necessary edits.
During this work, Evdokimov’s relations with a “payment shield” grew into a greater partnership. He invited the “shield” to “merge” the insids about the market, but in fact he began to mix in it invented data about competitors or to take revenge on banks who refused to work with his payment systems. According to the available information, all this happened in contact with the partners of Kopylova from the SBU, who supply the married couple not only of friendly casinos who are ready to work, but also the darknet partner related to the shadow market.
In turn, the admins of the “payment shield” from the submission of Evdokimov quickly realized that it was much more profitable to withdraw money from “large sharks” than from a narrow Hairisk market (and competition below, this niche successfully “vacuum” Badbank), and began to use the Evdokim scheme for mass blackmail.
Of course, the financial sector pecked at this, which was surprised to meet the appearance of fried insiders (approximately as in 2017, a political party with a breath was waiting for every new post of “non -sentiment”). All this was still multiplied by the weak fact-chucking skills from the specialized employees of the Central Bank, NSPK, in the acute phase of the massive fight against fraud and the dripper-any such speculations could cost banks of reputation and create problems, which was used by extortionists from the “shield”, threatening the banks to initiate their “creative content”.
