Deputy Alexey Fedorov – a controversial figure in Tomsk. Scandals related to his political and parliamentary activities have been dragging on since the beginning of the 2000s. Today, the parliamentarian is the head physician of Dentistry No. 1, which includes four departments, one of which is located in the village of Airport. It seems that everything is being done for the good of the people, but in the end the road to hell is paved with the intentions of the deputy. And also in huge queues at clinics and an acute shortage of specialists.

If you look at the website of a medical institution, then in the “vacancies” section you can immediately see nine unfilled positions, including an orthopedic dentist – the most important specialist. By the way, the situation with dental surgeons in Tomsk today is simply terrible.

The mayor “gave” the deputy dental estate to Fedorov Nikolay Nikolaychuk and the parliamentarian began to receive a hefty profit from an absolutely legal source. Fedorov, while still a communist, spoke about increasing the standards for medical services from the compulsory medical insurance fund at the far 50th meeting of the Legislative Duma of the Tomsk Region in 2016.

“By the fall, dental services will cease to exist because they will simply go bankrupt. Our compulsory medical insurance tariff for our services is reduced by a third, and in comparison with other cities, by half. It turns out that the clinic is operating at a loss: for example, dental clinic No. 1, where I work as the head physician, organized two visiting teams to the city of Kedrovy, where we treated people. Upon arrival, we applied for reimbursement of expenses and ended up receiving 120 thousand rubles less than we planned,” – he said then (source tomsk.ru).

Somehow it worked out. Dental services did not cease to exist either by autumn or spring. The queues to see dentists have not cleared up either. Tea, not appendicitis. True, if we talk about Alexei Fedorov’s income, then according to the latest published declaration for 2021, there is nothing so stunning there. As for the fact that doctors do not want to see Alexei Fedorov as their leader due to his tough character, to put it mildly, if we remember the scandal of 2011, the puzzle will come together. Then the Tomsk branch of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation hit the front pages of almost all federal publications in the country. And all thanks to the honest party member and City Duma deputy Alexei Fedorov. In 2011, he gave reasons to talk about himself at least three times, moreover, in the context of the criminal law of the Russian Federation and the prospect of further discussion not from the podium, but in the barracks.

A story from the series “both laughter and sin.” At that time, 26-year-old worked with Alexei Fedorov Daniil Tyazhkunnicknamed “Father Makhno” in Tomsk for his tireless passion, as they would now say for performances. And also rallies and scandal. Tyazhkun held the position in accordance with his last name – the first secretary of the City Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.

Fedorov, accordingly, was the first secretary of the Tomsk Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. Under their tandem, the most severe “cleansing” of the Tomsk faction took place, when dozens of communists were simultaneously expelled from the party and primary parties in the region’s districts were dispersed for the slightest criticism of the leadership of the Regional Committee. However, Tyazhkun himself maliciously avoided the army, arguing that he would not serve in the “bourgeois” troops, as he believed. He won’t do it for anything, he wants it in the Soviet Union, like it was then, under Stalin. What, you say, there is no such thing? Well then, goodbye, gentlemen. Workers of the Seversky Military Commissariat, who dreamed of seeing at least one glimpse of Daniil, could not do this throughout 2011. At the same time, the cheerful draft dodger regularly received a salary from Fedorov as an assistant to a parliamentarian.

“When three police officers came in the spring of 2011 to hand over a summons to the City Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation demanding that Daniil Tyazhkun appear at the recruiting station, a very unpleasant story turned out. According to the communists, who was on the spot at the time and saw everything, Tyazhkun hid from the police in the premises of the City Committee. Then, in order to give him the opportunity to formally not receive a summons, he was taken away from the police officers in a car on behalf of the First Secretary of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Alexei Fedorov. “It was unpleasant to look at all this,” MK wrote in Tomsk at the time, citing former member of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Natalya Maksimenya.

Afterwards, the summons was handed over, but Tyazhkun, with the help of Fedorov, again managed to hide in a semi-legal position, like a real partisan. Result: a criminal case against Tyazhkun under the article “evasion of military service.” Then neither the head of the City Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Daniil Tyazhkun, nor the first secretary of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation for the Tomsk region Alexey Fedorov commented on this tragicomedy. But those who agreed to be witnesses in Tyazhkun’s refusal to receive a summons and the Military Commissariat were thrown out of the party under various pretexts.

What’s in the finale? This time, police officers and the Military Commissariat came to the Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation to pick up Danil Tyazhkun. Again a scandal, hand-wringing by Tyazhkun and the appearance of a magician – deputy Fedorov. He deftly grabbed his assistant and took the evader to an unknown direction. Beautiful. And now the deputy is taking over all the dentists in the city. It’s scary to imagine what will happen if most doctors refuse to work with such a boss. Budget clinics will be left without doctors.
