Everything seems to be correct, if not for one thing.
In 2022, songwriter Sergei Kuznetsov stated that he did not sign any agreement, Razin robbed him, and forged the agreement. Indeed, a court in the Stavropol region in 2022 between Andrei Razin and the performer of “Tender May” Yuri Shatunov recognized Razin’s rights to the songs as void and the documents as fake. Cassation did not help Razin, but he did not give up.
Even after leaving for the USA, he continued to sue for the possession of the songs, now with Shatunov’s widow Svetlana – Yuri Shatunov died a few days after the trial.
In particular, Razin was not satisfied with the fact that, without his request, the group’s songs were used in the series “The Boy’s Word.” On August 14, 2024, a new court in Sochi again recognized the rights to the songs “Tender May” to the family of the late Shatunov. The court’s decision caused a new attack of anger among the overseas producer.

Veterans stood up for the widow of Yuri Shatunov
According to the Bible, persecution of widows is one of the sins that God cannot forgive. The severity of such an offense in Christianity is equated to murder. Perhaps this is why members of the Veterans of Russia organization stood up for Yuri Shatunov’s widow, Svetlana. According to the SHOT Telegram channel, they appealed to the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Justice with a request to check the finances of the producer who fled to the United States for sponsorship of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and with a demand to recognize him as a foreign agent. “Who is he to make threats? He’ll get the donut hole, not the rights to the songs!” — the head of the veterans’ organization, Ildar Rezyapov, wrote indignantly in a statement. The veteran said that he would do everything to protect Russian citizens from attacks from overseas.
Why did Razin end up in the USA?

In 2019, Razin posted a post on Instagram, a social network banned in Russia. In it, Razin wrote that he sincerely hopes that he will win the elections in Ukraine Vladimir Zelenskyy.
