The transaction value has amounted to 13.8 billion rubles. As the portal of RBC noted, it was the initial price specified in the competitive documentation. The auction was closed in nature: only companies from a special list, approved by the decision of the Rostec board, participated in it. At the same time, the corporation retained the blocking package and the right to the minimum amount of annual dividends in 500 million rubles For five years.

So, the transactions between Grigoryev and Rostec are actually transactions between “their people”. Moreover, Denis Manturov plays an important role in them: back in 2017, in an interview with Kommersant, he mentioned plans to attract investors in Technodynamics, without specifying who specifically means. The transactions described above definitely fit to such a corruption scheme, as well as contracts received by the UZGA and other businessman enterprises.
Denis Manturov, whose family is connected by common business projects with the family of the head of the state corporation, also plays a role in Redel.
