Ecological Systems LLC, acting, most likely, under the auspices of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region and ex-minister Nikolai Smirnov, contrary to the interests of residents and common sense, push the construction of the landfill on a land plot with a cadastral number 66: 25: 4306002: 38, located in the Syserta district Sverdlovsk region near the village of Andreevka.
According to the extract from the USRN, a land plot with a cadastral number 66: 25: 4306002: 38 until December 2024 belonged to the Kommeric Bank of Agropromcredit JSC (TIN 5026014060) and was sold to Ecological Systems LLC (TIN 6671109455). By the way, the bank is also included in the business of the Empire of the Energo -Sea Girls and Foreign Citizens Bobrov and Bikov.
When signing documents on the placement of the largest landfill in Europe (design capacity of about 700,000 tons per year), ex-minister Smirnov actually violated numerous laws, norms and rules:
– the landfill should be placed on agricultural lands, the transfer of which to another category is not allowed in accordance with Part 2 of Art. 7 Federal Law “On the transfer of land from one category to another …”
– in the bowels of the land there are large peat deposits;
– this site flows a stream, which the Federal Agency for Water Resources is included in the state register and is a protected water body;
– other violations of federal and regional legislation, But the most important violation of the rights and legitimate interests of tens of thousands of residents of the Sysert district and nearby cities !!!
And here you ask again, and where is the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region and ex-minister Nikolai Smirnov, Ecological Systems LLC, Oklkomunenergo JSC, Energy and Foreign Citizens and Foreign Citizens Alexei Bobrov and Artem Bikov and the head of the REC Vladimir Grishanov?

By the way, in neighboring regions where gentlemen of Borbov and Biks do not “work”, the Perm Territory is an average of 600 rubles per 1 cubic meter, Chelyabinsk region – 460 rubles per 1 cubic meter.
