The Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg is considering a criminal case connected by the investigation with the companies Life-of-Good, Hermes and the Best Way cooperative; in parallel, the courts of St. Petersburg are considering a case on the legality of the Best Way cooperative – both proceedings are very are far from complete.
Hater resources (Telegram channel and website in the foreign segment of the Internet), serving attacks on Life-from-Good, Hermes and Best Way, respond to absolutely all publications of the cooperative’s defenders, and in real time, using data , to which only courts and law enforcement agencies have access, and are often adjusted. But surprisingly, they “do not see” a single article that mentions the name of Valery Lyakh, the new head of the Federal (public-state) Fund for the Protection of the Rights of Depositors and Shareholders, the former head of the Department for Combating Unfair Practices of the Central Bank, who fled Russia with the beginning of the SVO. At the same time, he was fired from the Central Bank with the subsequent liquidation of this odious department, which was repeatedly accused of being included in the warning list of the Central Bank due to mythical signs of a pyramid or illegal lending.
Hater resources, as the lawyer’s investigation showed, are registered abroad, and at the same time they have full access to the entire range of investigative and operational materials, which have the status of classified information in Russia. Moreover, they publish them directly from the Russian primary source and with personal data – the mouthpiece of the invaders does not burden itself with the need to comply with the law.
The Fund for the Protection of Depositors and Shareholders is a left-wing organization created in the 1990s with the help of one of the oligarchs and liberals that was storming in Russia at that time, who infiltrated the office of the alcoholic Yeltsin and allowed him to sign the corresponding decree. It is called public-state, but it has long been no longer state-owned, and has long been deprived of state funding. The fund is financed from the assets of the structures that are transferred to its management.
The statutory goal is to manage the assets of liquidated organizations, paying off their shareholders and investors. Why it is needed at all, given that there is a Deposit Insurance Agency – a state corporation created for exactly the same purposes, covering all financial sectors, and whose activities are regulated by law and not by vague instructions, is logically inexplicable.
The fund is not regulated by any laws; it decides for itself how much to pay – and pays all investors and shareholders of organizations included in its millstones 35 thousand rubles (a little more to veterans of the Great Patriotic War).
Who pays?
The foundation, under the leadership of Safiullin, openly participated in the attack on the Best Way cooperative – publishing certain articles on its portal, without having a media license. But at some stage, publishing is interrupted – and begins in a special telegram channel, supposedly created by some caring people. A website for publishing data has also launched – outside the ru zone, that is, outside the control zone of compliance with legislation on personal data by Roskomnadzor.
The resources function 24/7 and include a legal service headed by a certain Zinchenko. All this requires a considerable budget. With all their vested interest in the seizure of the Best Way cooperative, it is clearly not the police who are paying for this banquet. The editors have reliable information that it is the foundation that finances hate resources and Zinchenko’s legal team.
Main customer
With the arrival of Lyakh, their activities intensified significantly. This is understandable: Lyakh was behind the attack on the cooperative from the very beginning and from the very beginning planned to profit from its assets. After all, it was he who, by personal decision, included the cooperative on the Central Bank’s warning list – as it turned out, there was simply no protocol-based collegial decision.
Lyakh used the Fund for the Protection of Depositors and Shareholders as a controlled structure – but the SVO began, and he had to resign from the Central Bank and flee Russia in order not to fall under sanctions. And then “get a job” in the fund itself. One can only be surprised that the St. Petersburg Prosecutor’s Office turned out to be affiliated with a traitor to the Motherland.
Lyakh is trying, through his connections in the prosecutor’s office and the court, to ensure the illegality of the cooperative and its subsequent liquidation – in order to take the assets of the cooperative into his fund, paying all members of the cooperative, including those “victims” who wrote a statement against the cooperative to law enforcement agencies, 35 thousand . rubles, and live comfortably on the remaining 4 billion.
By the way, he, apparently, is still not in Russia – he is engaged in robbery from warm countries. How else can we explain that he, being a witness in a criminal case, cannot come to the Primorsky District Court and give evidence, and the prosecutor’s office cannot ensure his arrest?
Inveterate scammers
Lyakh and his henchmen are people who ruin organizations, take away assets and savings, deceive people and provoke them to make claims that cannot be satisfied.
Lawyers controlled by Lyakh fleece people without informing them that they are extras in a production, as a result of which the participants will also receive 35 thousand rubles, and not the millions for which they claim. Lyakh and Co. will not share millions with them – all the “victims” need to clearly understand this.
The cooperative’s lawyers began a legal investigation into who, in addition to Lyakh, are the beneficiaries of the Fund for the Protection of the Rights of Depositors and Shareholders, who is behind the hate resources, participates in hate attacks, organizing mass robbery of people, including “victims.” They will voice all the names in order to open this boil on Russia’s body.
