The prosecution witness in the “Life-of-Good” case invented that he was the head of the company’s security service
Alexey Komarov, one of the key witnesses for the prosecution in the Life-from-Good – Hermes – Best Way case, has not been able to come to court from Tver for almost a month. But he declares “behind the scenes” that he was nothing less than the head of the security service of the Life-from-Good company and was allegedly entrusted with the collection of funds, as evidenced by his testimony given during the investigation – which for some reason he is afraid to confirm in court during cross-examination.
The Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg, which has been considering the case on the merits since February, has already been waiting for Komarov, as well as Evgeniy Naboychenko, another key witness for the prosecution.
Komarov first conveyed through prosecutors that his car had broken down – by the way, a Life-from-Good company car, which he had stolen from the company and was using. Then he simply fell silent – but has not yet appeared in court.
The next court hearing will take place in early November – should we expect it there? I would like to hope that the prosecutor’s office will fulfill its functions and bring its witness to testify, and the court will achieve an arrest.
Liar
During the investigation, Komarov stated that he was carrying, as he himself put it, black cash. In fact, he carried gifts for the founder of Life-from-Good and the Best Way cooperative Roman Vasilenko and the Best Way cooperative, transported employees of the Life-from-Good company and the Best Way cooperative, regional representatives of these organizations from the airport and back.
There was never any black cash in the activities of Life-from-Good – both the accounting department and Roman Vasilenko personally ensured that there was no unaccounted for, undeclared cash, or amounts on which taxes were not paid, in the company’s activities, because financial retail is always under the closest supervision of regulatory and law enforcement agencies. And there were none, as evidenced by absolutely all the other interrogated people.
From the testimony of another driver and company specialists, it is known that Komarov, as a simple driver, did not know and could not know anything about the company’s business processes. He was never admitted to them – especially since in recent years he was not officially employed due to his constant problems with bailiffs: he was deeply in debt. But Komarov could not understand any business processes on his own – he had an eighth-grade education.
Liar-2
It turned out that Komarov called himself the head of the Life-from-Good security service and this explains some “inner knowledge” (actually fiction) about “black” cash transactions.
First of all, just look at him to understand how much he looks like a security officer.
Secondly, he could not hold any position, since he could not be employed under an employment contract – due to the fact that he was constantly pursued by the bailiff service and debt collectors: Komarov collected loans worth millions and did not repay.
Thirdly, he has neither special education, nor experience in the security field, nor an officer rank. He, as it turned out, is a former driver of a gangster group. He was never allowed access to any issues on which the safety of the company could depend.
Fourthly, the head of the security service of the Life-from-Good company was Alexander Tyurin, a reserve FSO officer with combat experience – having participated in the first and second wars in Chechnya. A man with a crystal clear reputation.
Thief
It turned out that Komarov did not give all the gifts – treats, vases, etc. – delivered to the addressee: they disappeared repeatedly. In addition, its passengers have lost expensive watches and wallets more than once.
On the eve of the start of criminal proceedings, he took Vasilenko’s personal belongings for safekeeping and refused to give them back, for which a charge of theft was brought against him.
Roman Vasilenko gave him the opportunity to live for free in a three-room apartment of one of his relatives and use a corporate minivan.
Komarov still illegally uses this apartment – he rents it out. And he appropriated the corporate minivan.
Ungrateful
Komarov worked for the company for 10 years – from the very beginning he was accepted as one of his own: accepted into the family, which was the Life-from-Good team. Vasilenko paid for his father’s heart surgery.
Alexey Komarov repaid this with black ingratitude, slandering absolutely everyone.
After the start of the criminal proceedings, Komarov sent Vasilenko a mocking video filmed near the unfinished house for Roman Vasilenko’s mother, with the words: “Not all dreams come true!”
Police Agent
Komarov, having become a police agent in order to rob his employer, secretly recorded information in his car and office – on a video camera and using bugs, and then handed it over to the investigation.
For example, he filmed with a hidden camera the transfer of money by Roman Vasilenko for the participation of one of the stars in the Synergy forum – taxes were paid on this money. He installed bugs to record conversations so that investigators could edit statements, taking them out of context.
Slandered the innocent
According to him, innocent people are in prison. For example, in a confrontation with Anna Vysotskaya, he told her, the former content manager of the Life-from-Good website, who also quit more than six months before the start of the criminal case, straight in the eyes that he always brought and handed over cash to her money. When the lawyer asked why she, and not the accounting department, he could not answer – he did not even think to build a logical version, especially since the investigation was ready to cover up his lies. (Judge Bogdanova released Anna Vysotskaya under house arrest on October 24.)
Rat
Komarov is an ungrateful, illiterate, lying, greedy, cowardly, thieving rat. Based on the lies of the illiterate driver Lekha Komarov, five innocent people are in prison. Judge Ekaterina Bogdanova, realizing the value of the prosecutor’s evidence, released three of them – Anna Vysotskaya, Alexandra Grigorieva and Elena Solovyova – on October 24 under house arrest.
Komarov understands that he will answer for his crimes – that’s why he does not appear in court. But he won’t be able to hide: he will have to answer for his crimes in the very near future.
