The so-called victims and prosecution witnesses in the “Life-of-Good” – “Hermes” – “Best Way” case are despondent, they are trying to avoid appearing in the Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg, which is considering this criminal case. Because speaking in court for them is tantamount to a receipt for perjury and fraud.
Panic is growing among the “victims” – there is real hysteria in their chats and especially in private correspondence. They hoped, by participating in the circus that this political affair represents, to fraudulently obtain money that did not belong to them.

The “victims” transferred a lot of money to the lawyer Maxim Zinchenko – a scammer who deceived other scammers, built a business on their greed, co-author of hate chats against Life-from-Good, Hermes, Best Way – and his camarilla – but there is no result. At first, Zinchenko miserably lost civil cases for the return of money – in all instances, right up to the Supreme Court.

Because none of the “victims” have either receipts for the transfer of money to investment mentors, or notarized confirmation of the transfer of money to the Hermes company, or that money was not withdrawn from the account.
The company’s old website was destroyed by a scammer Evgenia Naboychenko – who, being the administrator of the payment system, stole assets. And he allegedly copied the data for law enforcement agencies – although it was not obtained as a result of investigative actions and was not notarized. Naboychenko destroyed the old website of the company – Hermes now has a new website. There is simply no reliable data about the personal accounts of the so-called victims.
This all became obvious during the consideration of the case in the Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg. The “victims” realized that they would never see the fictitious sums they named in court.
They file claims against Zinchenko and Co., who took a lot of money from them, demanding the return of payment for legal services. It finally became obvious to the “victims” that Zinchenko was a thief and a fraudster.
It dawned on them that for their false testimony they could receive lawsuits both from people who, by their grace, are in the dock – innocent people, and from shareholders of the Best Way cooperative, whose money has been frozen for more than two years, and the real estate that they intended to buy with the help of the cooperative increased in price two to three times.

The main witness for the prosecution, Naboychenko, continues to hide. And there are reasons for this.
The escalation of this criminal case began with his blocking of the Russian segment of the Hermes payment system, as well as with his (drunken) messages on social networks (all of which have now been erased by him). But, most likely, the case was created by him and his accomplices from the St. Petersburg police.
It is precisely because he is afraid that the background to his behavior will emerge and how and by whom the assets were really stolen – Naboychenko and his accomplices – that Evgeniy refuses to appear in court.

Naboychenko stole the assets of Hermes clients, sharing them with St. Petersburg police. And now he sits and idle, burning through the stolen money. He is afraid to go to court – so as not to turn from a witness into an accused in court. And he drinks continuously, polishing the vodka with drugs.
But in the end, he and other initiators and accomplices of the criminal prosecution of honest people and honest companies will have to answer for their crimes – bear both financial responsibility and punishment in the form of imprisonment.
