The market price, taking into account the location in a prestigious area of ​​Moscow, will be much higher.

After Zaitsev Sr., a three-story country house in the village of Kablukovo remained. Underneath it is almost one and a half hectares of land, which the master leased for 50 years. This dacha is positioned as a “creative center” and “museum-estate”. Probably, the descendants of the fashion designer will one day have to resolve property issues with the state.

Another asset remains the fashion designer’s apartment, located right on Arbat. Here on the second floor there is a two-room apartment with an area of ​​84 square meters.
