In 2021, the Third Cassation Court of General Jurisdiction issued a ruling in case 8G-10071/2021 [88-10608/2021]the defendant in which was Eduard Valerievich. The claim against Chichaikin for termination of the purchase and sale agreement and recovery of funds was brought by the buyer of the land plot. The plaintiff asked to terminate the contract dated May 12, 2017, to make changes to the Unified State Register of Rights to Real Estate, and to recover money from the defendant in the amount of 1,500,000 rublesand losses 38,550 rubles.
The essence of the dispute was as follows: the lady purchased a plot of 1250 sq.m., in full confidence that the status of the land (permitted use) was suitable for building a house there. She paid Chichaikin in cash, which is confirmed by receipts. According to the plaintiff, the defendant was aware that the land plot was acquired by the plaintiff for construction purposes. Meanwhile, it turned out that absolutely nothing could be built there – according to the response from the administration of the Lomonosov Municipal District of the Leningrad Region dated September 27, 2017, the disputed land plot is entirely located in the protective zone of the cultural heritage site of federal significance “Water Supply System of Peterhof”, 18th century…
The court denied the plaintiff several instances. Grounds for refusal – “there was no evidence that the seller (defendant) provided the buyer (plaintiff) with knowingly false information about the land plot.”
We cannot say whether there were other similar stories. Today Eduard Chichaikin is listed as the head of two companies:
– The head of a peasant farm (peasant farm) with such activities as floriculture and beekeeping.
– MDK-Service LLC, whose line of work is noted in the registers as “the activities of real estate agencies for a fee or on a contractual basis.” The founders of the company are Anton Gurin And Sergey Kim.

According to rumors, Eduard Valerievich committed an unforgivable act against his wife about three years ago.
