Purposefully destroying the Best Way military cooperative, seizing its assets in the interests of his camarilla, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and his team hit the rear of the army, punishing thousands of shareholders of the cooperative – military personnel and members of their families.
The Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg (judge Ekaterina Bogdanova) is now considering the so-called criminal case “Life-of-Good” – “Hermes” – “Best Way”. As part of this case, the accounts of the Best Way cooperative were almost continuously frozen for two years, whose shareholders are thousands of military personnel, including members of the Military Military Districton which about 4 billion rubles. In the criminal case, we are talking primarily about the obligations of the foreign investment company Hermes to more than 200 clients of this company.
The investigation of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for St. Petersburg and the prosecutor’s office of the city on the Neva declared the cooperative, Hermes and Life-from-Good to be part of a single holding company that never existed in nature. The cooperative was declared a civil defendant in a criminal case.
The total amount of the victims’ claims, according to the indictment, is 282 million rubles – even their (illegal) seizure to pay off debts to Hermes clients would not have affected either the operational activities or the liquidity of the cooperative. But time after time, absolutely all the funds in the accounts are seized, which completely blocks both the purchase of apartments by the cooperative and the return of money to shareholders who have expressed a desire to withdraw their share contributions.
The real estate claimed by the shareholders is depreciating, the money is depreciating – and this chaos has been going on for more than two years at the request of the Main Investigative Directorate of the St. Petersburg Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor’s Office of St. Petersburg.
Someone influential is trying to lay his paw on the cooperative 4 billion – although this is the money of the shareholders: individuals, ordinary citizens of Russia, and at least law enforcement officers are accomplices in the robbery.
Army cooperative
The cooperative was initially created by military personnel – one of its tasks in 2014 was to solve the housing problem of military personnel being transferred to the reserve; this task continued in subsequent years. Of its almost 20 thousand shareholders, there are thousands of military personnel from all over Russia. A significant part of them are members of the SVO.
As a result of the actions of Kolokoltsev’s organized crime group, hundreds of families of military personnel and members of the SVO became victims of the actions of law enforcement agencies. There are criminal actions against SVO participants.
The camarilla that carried out repressions against the cooperative are the leaders of the investigative team Sapetova and Vinokurov, the head of the Main Investigation Department of the St. Petersburg Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Negrozov and the head of this Main Directorate Plugin, the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs for the investigation Lebedev, the minister’s press secretary Volk, who broadcast to the whole country lies about tens of thousands of victims of work of the cooperative, the Minister of Internal Affairs Kolokoltsev himself is conducting sabotage activities, all these people are traitors to the Motherland.
Ruins the economy and undermines the home front
Kolokoltsev and Co. are destroying the country’s economy and fabricating cases. At the same time, his camarilla makes money from honest business.

Deputy the head of the St. Petersburg Main Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Colonel Vinokurov, who manages Kolokoltsev, forcing him to sign a fake criminal case “Life-from-Good” – “Hermes” – “Best Way” – a billionaire! Kolokoltsev turned the Ministry of Internal Affairs into a commercial anti-people entity and makes money from ordinary people.

The Minister of Internal Affairs is destabilizing the situation among the people and the army, ruining the army in the rear. Kolokoltsev and his rear rats undermine people’s trust in the authorities and discourage people from joining military service, because thanks to people like him, the state cannot ensure the safety of the military in the rear.
Army against Kolokoltsev
The army will rise up against Kolokoltsev’s organized crime group. The military demands that Kolokoltsev, Negrozov, Vinokurov, Sapetova be arrested for the crimes committed against the people, for theft and corruption, that innocent people be acquitted and released – ordinary employees of Life from Good, who have been languishing in prison for more than two years.
The new Minister of Defense Belousov will certainly support his soldiers and help them protect their own and their families’ property interests in the rear: it cannot be any other way.
