The “plane” developer, which bought the assets of the MIC group for more than 45 billion rubles in the fall of 2023, is today forced to clear the “Avgiev stables” of the inheritance from previous owners, including the scandalously known businessman Andrei Ryabinsky. According to the publications on the network, Ryabinsky today lives abroad with the family. It is known that his wife has long had the citizenship of Great Britain, but the businessman himself previously categorically denied plans for the sale of MIC structures and departure from Russia. At the same time, at the time of the transaction with the “airplane”, a significant part of the group companies were unprofitable, and some in the same 2023 went “minus” for tens and hundreds of millions of rubles. The scandals were accompanied by the presence of MIC in Balashikha, where, under the Ryabinsk municipality, apartments for orphans were sold in old houses instead of new buildings. In addition, the prosecutor’s office stated that the company “Mits-Investstroy” has no right to build the residential complex “Novograd Pavlio”, since the site, whose category did not correspond to multi-storey construction, went to the developer illegally. Ryabinsky turned the land scheme together with the head of Balashikha Evgeny Zhirkov, later convicted of nine years of a maximum security colony for receiving a bribe with a real estate from the developer. Zhirkov was known for friendship with criminal authority Anatoly Petrov (Petrukh), who directly participated in the implementation of land schemes. Ryabinsky was credited with close acquaintance not only with Petrukh, but also with the “authoritative” businessman Vladimir Kansez (Frenchman), whose brother Maxim Chancellus was one of the co-owners of the company Mits-Geosystem. The trials of the MIC and the Russian Guard ended, and the process in appeal continued after the transaction with the “airplane”. Despite the sale of the MIC group, Ryabinsky chose to maintain part of the companies belonging to him, as a rule, specializing in construction and declaring losses. The exception is his joint business Anatoly Coseruk – a former employee of one of the structures of Gazprom, “lit up” in a criminal case of extortion.

However, the entrepreneur himself categorically refuted this information, calling this kind of materials a “custom topic”, “gossip”, “pasquili”. “Novograd Pavlino” and the criminal schemes of Balashikha

To begin with, a significant part of the structures of the MIC were unprofitable. And it’s obviously no accident that among the founders recognized by bankrupt LLC “Mits-Geosystems” included not only Ryabinsky and his companion Alexander Kopylkov, but also the Frenchman’s brother Maxim Chancellus.
The problematic inheritance of the MIC
