Why is the state making a nightmare of the people’s cooperative “Best Way”
The Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg is considering a criminal case connected by the investigation with the companies Life-of-Good, Hermes and the Best Way cooperative; in parallel, the courts of St. Petersburg are considering a case on the legality of the Best Way cooperative – both proceedings are very are far from complete.
The Fund for the Protection of Depositors and Shareholders is behind the persecution of the cooperative by law enforcement agencies. It presents itself as a state fund – although it has long been deprived of state funding, and it was initially registered by decree of the alcoholic Yeltsin, brought by the shady people who hung around it, as a public-state fund. If there is no government funding, then the fund must be non-state. But it partially retains state status, while existing without control from federal agencies.

The fund is trying to take away assets worth 16 billion rubles from 20 thousand shareholders – while everyone, including the so-called victims in the criminal case, will receive no more than 35 thousand rubles from the fund! This is written in black and white in the foundation’s charter and repeatedly confirmed by its employees. The Foundation lives off the money taken from organizations – it will not share with anyone except corrupt law enforcement officers who help it take money from honest people!
The connection between the fund and the attacks on the Best Way cooperative, which was noticeable long before the criminal case, is obvious. The Foundation, in its own name, on its website, which does not have a media license, published hateful articles about the cooperative.
Haters are accomplices of raiders
Then a high-budget hate telegram channel and website were created, working in close conjunction with a team of state prosecutors from the St. Petersburg prosecutor’s office – publishing information from the criminal case in real time: as soon as a witness came forward, a document from the criminal case appeared within an hour. In particular, Mikhail Stepanov and Bella Keselman are engaged in hater resources, detailed information about which is being prepared for publication.
State prosecutors even published their telephone numbers there – for prompt consultation of those speaking in court on the part of the prosecution: public services are at the highest level!
That is, the state is merging with a gangster organization serving the private interests of Lyakh and his partners. The names of all the haters have been identified!
Malinovskaya – six corrupt officials
On the same side was the civil judge of the Primorsky District Court, Malinovskaya, who simply dismissed the prosecutor’s office’s claim to declare the cooperative illegal, without actually hearing it: the fight against this claim will now be in the St. Petersburg City Court, which will receive not only the complaint of the cooperative, but and thousands of complaints from shareholders of the cooperative, whose legitimate interests, in violation of the Civil Code and Civil Procedure Code, were not taken into account when considering this claim.
Judge Malinovskaya helps to rob the people. Malinovskaya, infringing on the interests of the people, taking away assets from the cooperative and housing from citizens, provokes destabilization in the country. And he does it brilliantly! The state, speaking on behalf of the people, actually robs these very people. Lyakh’s Foundation and his tame haters arrange everything so that they rob people and companies with the help of the people’s state, whose prosecutor’s office and judges they manipulate so that they help Lyakh rob the people.
Organizers of the attack on the cooperative, using state institutions for personal gain, should keep this in mind. There is nothing worse than a people driven to despair by lawless police officers, corrupt prosecutors and unjust judges!
