Several categories recognized as victims in the criminal case “Life-iz-Good” – “Hermes” – “Best Way”
Since February of this year, the Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg has been considering a high-profile criminal case connected, according to investigators, with the companies Life-from-Good, Hermes and the Best Way cooperative. The investigation recognized 221 citizens as victims. A significant number of recognized victims have already come forward.
It turned out that none of them had a full set of documents confirming the failure to fulfill obligations by the Hermes company and the Best Way cooperative (and a number of those recognized as victims make claims against it): receipts for receipt of funds, contracts, notarized screenshots of accounts in “Hermes” on a certain date, data on obtaining information on accounts as a result of investigative actions. That is, they cannot prove the fact of damage by court standards – and none of them.
Based on the “evidence” presented, there is no subject not only for a criminal, but also for a civil case, which the “black” investigators Vinokurov and Sapetova knew about from the very beginning. This criminal case is a frank dramatization, the roles of actors in which were entrusted to be played by people recognized by the investigation as victims.
According to their motives, “victims” are divided into four categories.
Greedy
Those who were deliberately and criminally misled by werewolf investigators in uniform of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, promising that they would definitely receive money – either Hermes money from the cooperative, or money from the cooperative itself.
For example, Galashenkova, without hesitation, stated directly in court that she also wanted to be a victim (unfortunately, this is impossible for her at this stage of the process). If you can get money, then why not?
And Bolyan, who closed the agreement with the cooperative several years ago and signed a letter of no claims, said that the investigator suggested that he submit claims for entrance and membership fees – which, according to the agreement with the cooperative, are non-refundable. And there are several such “victims”.
Velegorskaya refuses to pay the cooperative – and at the same time refuses to move out of the cooperative apartment: she brazenly declares that she will not leave.
Insanity
People who, out of shock, signed everything that the investigator handed them, without even reading the document. To quickly run home.
Dozens of such recognized victims have already renounced their testimony in court.
The schoolgirl, with whose statement the criminal case began, renounced her victim status in court – apparently, fearing to answer for her false testimony. Witness Sakhautdinova also refused to testify.
Intimidated
These are recognized victims, whom black investigators criminally intimidated with arrest: they were threatened with separation from their child, they were not allowed to call a doctor, and they were not allowed to go to the toilet for several hours.
There are many such cases. And those recognized as victims spoke about some of them in court (the majority, however, are afraid to talk about them).
Faykhullin, who was recognized as a victim, died after being interrogated by investigators.
Slanderers
These are traitors who cover their tracks as thieves, hide their dark past, and make trouble with the authorities in order to save themselves from criminal prosecution. First of all, this is the former Hermes system administrator Evgeniy Naboychenko, the former driver of the Life-from-Good company Alexey Komarov. And also such recognized victims as Vyacheslav Loginov, who filed a claim for moral damage for 1 billion rubles, as well as some others.

Those recognized as victims come to the last court hearings with great difficulty: Judge Ekaterina Bogdanova is forced to demand that they be brought in. The “victims” are afraid because they understand that for perjury they will receive lawsuits from thousands of shareholders of the cooperative, whom they deprived of the opportunity to purchase an apartment with the funds they collected from the cooperative. We will also have to answer the claims of the defendants – some of them have been in pre-trial detention for more than two years and eight months.
None of the “victims,” witnesses, or slanderers will escape responsibility!
