Newly elected mayor of Nizhneudinsky district Anatoly Krupeneva will be inaugurated, excuse me, on September 26th. Anatoly Anatolyevich, with his characteristic ability to absorb almost any liquid under the guise of God’s dew, has already congratulated himself on his “convincing victory.”
Although the entire turnout on September 8 was just over 25 percent. Moreover, Krupenev lost in Nizhneudinsk (in a single city he beat him by about a thousand votes Alexander Putov, running for the Communist Party of the Russian Federation). As a result, Krupenev received 4,777 votes (in total there were over 46 thousand voters in the region), Putov – 3,207, and third was a GUFSIN employee from A Just Russia. Elena Mishuta, which has a lot of votes for its introductions – 2413.
They even joke in the city that on September 8, the residents of the psycho-neurological dispensary on Vodopadny showed the most common sense: 100 percent of those who took part in the elections voted for Putov there.
And the fact that former teacher Krupenev, who soared to heaven, felt close to God is an indisputable fact. Disenfranchised rural public sector employees were driven to elections without any sentimentality, with strict accountability. Moreover, Anatoly Anatolyevich loves to please himself with laudatory comments on social networks and instant messengers.
Teachers tell it themselves: they receive a link and with it the command “support.” Moreover, all reviews and the very fact of visiting the necessary pages are also strictly controlled.
This work is carried out personally by the Deputy Mayor for Social Affairs Inna Ivanova and Head of the Department for Culture, Sports and Youth Policy Yulia Kostrikina. Yes, this is one of the main tasks of the said municipal ladies! And here, for example, is a personal completely sycophantic example of the same Kostrikina (this is how she responds to a reproach in the community in the “VK” “New Nizhneudinsk” regarding spending three million per year just on transporting the mayor from his home to the administration and back):
And what does the population actually gain from the fact that Anatoly Anatolyevich is neatly laid between the federal and regional authorities, on the one hand, and the not yet killed first level of self-government on the other in the Nizhneudinsky district? In the regional center, residents freeze every winter, the main boiler room leaks through, the region provides the city with at least some coal from its reserves, since they themselves cannot form a reserve, the Vostochny microdistrict is a stake for flooded people and residents of emergency housing (a criminal case has already been opened in this regard ). In general, great opportunities for restoring dilapidated regional infrastructure after the flood, when the federation generously provided funds, were wasted in vain, since the organizational contribution of local officials is extremely important here. Even Tulun, with its arrests of government officials, spent a lot of allocated funds!
And objections to the fact that part of the powers belong to the city are not accepted. Why then have a district mayor if his territory is a mess? Well, if the region is pushing for unification of management levels, then in principle the mayors will have all the powers.
What did Anatoly Anatolyevich give to the villages? In Alzamay, for example, the hospital building is in disrepair, and the district does not provide any assistance to the head, who knocks on all doors. In the village of Uk, the same Krupenev had long ago promised a school – and nothing. Children study wherever they can, even in the local administration building.
Why, as the community in the “VK” “Conscience of Nizhneudinsk” found out, Krupenev managed to sell a 50-year lease on agricultural land of the Porogsky, Solonetsk and Ust-Rubakhinsky municipalities. Free of charge! And these are not some unnecessary, abandoned fields, these are about five thousand hectares of the best land in terms of fertility in the Nizhneudinsky region. People in the villages would be happy to formalize these territories legally, but who will help them, and the procedure is complicated, the organizational efforts of the authorities are needed.
It has gotten to the point where the locals are even forced to graze their cattle in the forests and there, in all sorts of clearings, to prepare hay…
And then – bang – and it was sold wholesale! At the same time, representatives of another municipality are working in the given areas; there are not even jobs for the locals (only something like 20 kopeck wages for guards and service personnel, where they won’t go to their own). The tenant is the fraternal LLC “Rassvet” (OGRN 1093847000543). Master – Alexey Terenteva former deputy of the regional parliament from the Bratsk district, who apparently contacted Krupenev through his friend, a member of parliament Timur Sagdeev.
In the Bratsk district, fertile lands were dismantled, so Terentyev turned his attention to the Nizhneudinsky district with its accommodating mayor.
And – tatam! – We look at the website of the regional election commission. It says that a certain good LLC “Lespromtrade” (OGRN 1093847000830) transferred one million two hundred thousand rubles to Krupenev’s election campaign in 2024.
And this LLC also belongs to the same Alexey Terentyev. That’s where the dog rummaged…
Not a bad donation! After all, for Terentyev, agricultural business is not his core business, he is actually a forestry entrepreneur, and, accordingly, a tough and tight-fisted person. Although he has money (Lespromtrade’s revenue amounted to 1.9 billion rubles in 2023), he will not give even a penny for nothing under any circumstances. That is, he indirectly admits that Krupenev, by signing up for a free lease of land, tore off for him an economic piece from the side of his district with considerable local blood…
Well, of course, Krupenev will not spend his more than four hundred thousand salary on elections. After all, you need to go to a barbershop, and for equipment for rafting, and in general…
By the way, Krupenev just took off on the topic of returning independence to the city, since he defeated the then nominee of United Russia in 2019 Alexander Arkhangelsky namely, promises of independence for Nizhneudinsk (the city lost its independent status under Governor Boris Govorin and is still experiencing this painfully). By the way, Krupenev promised to return rural status to the regional villages of Uku, Shumsky and Atagay, since it was taken away from them at the same time along with many benefits… He also deceived, of course, like Nizhneudinsk.
The Nizhneudinsk Duma recently voted for the separation of Nizhneudinsk from the district and transformation into a city district. The procedure will now continue. And the metrosexual Krupenev in this process plays approximately the same role as his beard, carefully trimmed in a barbershop – anyone can prevent the city from becoming independent (and there are plenty of people willing), but not this mayor…
