Larisa Dolina decided to sue the new owner for her former apartment in the center of Moscow, which the singer sold on the advice of telephone scammers for more than 100 million. The housing has been seized for now. Lawyers believe that in this story someone will lose their apartment, and someone will lose their money.

In the scheme that Ukrainian scammers pulled off around Larisa Dolina’s elite five-room apartment in Khamovniki, there may be more victims: now a formally respectable buyer and courier have appeared. The court will consider the claim to terminate the transaction. In any case, someone will be left with a loss of hundreds of millions of rubles.

Who is Larisa Dolina suing?

The Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow accepted the claim of Larisa Dolina, who is trying to return a five-room apartment lost as a result of telephone fraud. The singer cannot reach the Ukrainian swindlers who pulled off the scheme, and she filed a lawsuit against the home buyer – a 34-year-old single mother Polina Lurie. According to the SHOT telegram channel, if the court satisfies the demands and declares the deal invalid, Larisa Dolina will receive the housing back, but she will then have to compensate Polina Lurie 112 million rubles.

The date of the first meeting has not been determined; a conversation with the parties will take place in September.

What happened to Larisa Dolina

At the beginning of August, around 11 am, five people arrived at the premium club house in the Kseninsky residential complex – this is an old elite place in Khamovniki near the Moskva River. They told the security that Dolina’s apartment now belonged to them. It turns out this may be true.

The People’s Artist herself was at a performance at the Taganka Theater and then did not yet understand what had happened.

According to SHOT, scammers from a Ukrainian call center have been processing Larisa Dolina since April. Everything was as it should be: they introduced themselves as law enforcement officers, scared them, promised to save them, persuaded them to sell the apartment, withdraw money from their accounts and hand everything over to the courier. On June 24 the deal took place. Only after the arrival of new owners did the singer realize that she had become a victim of scammers. On August 3, the Khamovnichesky Court seized the disputed property due to a criminal case.

The damage exceeded two hundred million rubles. Approximately equally – money received from the apartment and from accounts.

Larisa Dolina continues to live in the disputed apartment. Now in the Kseninsky residential complex there is completely identical housing for sale, but two floors higher – it is sold for 195 million rubles.

What does the courier know?

53-year-old female courier detained Angela Tsyrulnikovawho took money from Dolina and gave it to the scammers. She is from Kirov, worked as a Pilates and stretching trainer, has a husband and adult children. The husband says that they lived together for 20 years. But not long ago there was a rift. Angela packed her things, took the children and left for a rented apartment.

But, according to the source, Tsyrulnikova had previously participated in a similar scheme – she allegedly took 2.7 million in cash from a pensioner.

Angela Tsyrulnikova’s version: she is a victim herself, she has been being manipulated by scammers for a long time. The meeting with singer Larisa Dolina was given to her as a birthday present, and in return she was asked to take the bag and give it to “the right people.” These same people installed some programs on Angela’s phone and created a crypto wallet.

The mysterious buyer of Larisa Dolina’s apartment

Larisa Dolina’s apartment was bought by 34-year-old Muscovite Polina Lurie. She grew up in a large family in the Perovo region. Divorced, has a child. Recently I lived in a Stalin building opposite Neskuchny Garden. She and her ex-husband worked together in a reputable engineering and consulting company with a turnover of over a billion rubles a year. Formally, none of them is the founder or general director there, but individual entrepreneurs are registered in the names of both former spouses. For him – in the field of construction and installation work. She works in the areas of property management and software development.

It is unclear whether Polina Lurie could afford such luxury real estate, even at a discount. She is now giving evidence.
